We understand that traffic, kid pick up runs slow, that last minute email comes through you have to answer.
Just send me a quick text allowing me to know your running just a tad late. If Not....
Expect at 10 minutes tardiness I will text, to make sure you are ok, and that a mistake has not been made on the schedule.
If you are 15 minutes or less, late to an appointment R3 Hair Studio will take you. But, Please understand I may not be able to complete all of your services.
If you are 30 minutes late, without notification. You will be asked to reschedule and the No Show Fee will be applied before rescheduling your appointment.
No Shows / Cancellations
At R3 Hair Studio we understand unexpected events do happen. We do reserve the right to charge a non-refundable Cancellation/No Show fee, if the cancellation occurs less than the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This is time lost to the overhead of the salon's operations.
For appointments taking the service time of 1 hour or less it is a $25.00 fee For appointments taking the service time of 2 hours or less it is a $50.00 fee For appointments taking the service time of 3 hours or less it is a $75.00 fee
Fees will need to be paid prior to rescheduling. And online scheduling privileges will be suspended until the fee is paid. Those fees can be paid by Credit Card, Cash, Venmo or Google Pay
Appointments with a service total of $220.00 or more and/or need to be scheduled for 3 hours or longer, a deposit fee equaling to half of the estimated service cost will be required at scheduling.
This fee can be paid by Credit Card, Cash, Venmo or Google Pay. The deposit fee will be credited to the total fee at check out, when the appointment is completed.

If a cancellation happens less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or no show occurs, that deposit fee will become a non-refundable cancellation fee.
